Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on certain items such as underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team before returning your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
